Weighing just 3.3 lbs., this small and lightweight defibrillator can be easily carried to the patient's side. Using clear, natural voice instructions, the OnSite Defibrillator guides you through each step of defibrillation and CPR. Integrated SMART Pads placed on the patient’s bare skin transmit information to the defibrillator, which senses and adapts to your actions every step of the way.
HeartStart OnSite includes proven Philips technologies for heart rhythm assessment (SMART Analysis) and defibrillation energy delivery (SMART Biphasic). And like all HeartStart defibrillators, it can be used to treat adults, as well as infants and children.

At the core of all HeartStart Defibrillators is SMART Biphasic technology. The HeartStart FRx Defibrillator’s biphasic waveform delivers a highly effective defibrillation shock that is also gentle to the heart. No other external defibrillation therapy has been supported by more published clinical data.
SMART Analysis, a proven Philips technology for heart rhythm assessment, ensures that FRx Defibrillator only shocks when it should. SMART Analysis automatically assesses the victim’s heart rhythm and is designed not to deliver a shock unless the rhythm is determined to be shockable — even if the shock button is pressed. What’s more, SMART Pads II enable the FRx to keep pace with the responder by adjusting to their actions.

Philips Fast Response Kit
The Fast Response Kit contains tools and supplies typically needed for patient care and personal protection: 2 pairs of hypoallergenic nitrile gloves, a Laerdal pocket breathing mask, paramedic scissors, a Gallant chest hair razor, and a large extra-absorbent paper towel. These items are contained in a 5-1/2" x 9-1/2" zippered pouch which can be attached to the handle of the semi-rigid or vinyl carrying cases.
Onsite Standard Carrying Case
The standard carry is constructed with semi-rigid materials and covered in durable red cordura. The case comes equipped with a pair of paramedic scissors and can accomodate one spare pad cartridge and a spare battery pack.
